Code of Conduct for the No Stone Unturned Foundation Golf Tournament and Gala
By participating in the No Stone Unturned Foundation Golf Tournament and Gala, all attendees agree to adhere to the following code of conduct. This code is designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants. Failure to comply with this code may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the event.
- Respectful Behavior:
- Treat all attendees, volunteers, staff, and participants with respect and courtesy.
- Refrain from engaging in any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Professionalism:
- Conduct oneself professionally and responsibly throughout the event.
- Refrain from engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior that may disturb other participants or affect the event’s atmosphere.
- Underage Drinking:
- The No Stone Unturned Foundation strictly prohibits underage drinking.
- Attendees under the legal drinking age must refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages.
- Any attendee found providing alcoholic beverages to minors will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Inappropriate Language:
- Use appropriate language at all times, refraining from using profanity, derogatory remarks, or offensive language.
- Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all attendees.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
- Abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines throughout the event.
- Adhere to any additional rules and policies set forth by the venue hosting the tournament and gala.
- Safety:
- Prioritize safety at all times and follow instructions provided by event organizers and staff.
- Report any unsafe situations or concerns to event staff immediately.
- Photography and Media:
- Obtain consent from individuals before capturing or sharing their images or personal information.
- Respect the privacy of others and avoid publishing or distributing any inappropriate or unauthorized content related to the event without proper consent.
- Responsibility for Personal Belongings:
- Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during the event.
- The No Stone Unturned Foundation and event organizers will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items.
