SMS messages are transactional in nature, are sent on a one-to-one basis, and are not used for marketing, advertising, or bulk communications. Message frequency varies based on login activity. Message and data rates may apply. Phone numbers used for MFA are not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver authentication messages through authorized service providers. Users may opt out of SMS-based authentication at any time by replying STOP and contacting IT support to arrange an alternative authentication method. SMS content does not include links, or requests for personal or financial information.
